Ernie Ball Slinky's and Lord of the Rings...

I believe that most Guitarists already know that the Ernie Ball range of electric Guitar strings are top quality, have great consistency and range, so I'll base this review on the quality of service and customer care provided by Lord of the Strings...I have been a customer now for many years and have found the company to be fast and reliable, the website is well laid out and very easy to navigate, the range of string choices is second to none and on the very rare occasions that I've contacted customer service (only twice in many years) I have found them to be helpful and polite and efficient in resolving any issues. Their prices are very competitive and despite living in the UK I also find them faster and more reliable then ordering locally.
