Wonderful service

I had some difficulty finding the Fisoma flat wound mandolin strings in Light Gauge. Then I discovered Lord of the Strings. I was intrigued with the novel name and decided to give them a try. This was in April, 2020. The strings shipped very quickly from LOTS, but unfortunately were held up by the US postal service for reasons unknown. After a month had passed Carl kindly offered to send another set out, which I received in about ten days. I installed them on my mando and I really like the sound and ease with which they play.
Fast forward to July, 2020 - almost four months to the day the original order was delivered to my home in Virginia, USA. I now have two sets of these strings. It's a good thing that I like them!
