Great service again from Lord of the Strings

I discovered Lord of the Strings when looking for new Galli strings for my Marvit Apofi Bass as they were the strings recommended by the maker, Marvit. They were also cheaper than anywhere else even after adding in the postage from Europe to the UK.
The strings arrived quite quickly (even though they had been opened by customs) and they sounded great on my bass, so when I wanted another set I went straight to Lord of the Strings and re-ordered.
I know the second order was dispatched the same day but it took longer to arrive so I dropped Carl an email to see if he knew of any reasons for the delay. His response was immediate and reassuring and we kept in touch until the strings eventually arrived.
I have every confidence in this company. They have great products at good prices and the communications are excellent. I will continue to buy from them.
