"Dunlop 9002R Thumbpicks Medium White Plastic"

My standard thumb pick- I swap between large an mediums, depending on the feel and style at the moment.
Also using the Dunlop turtle shell pick.

The white is slightly softer than the turtle I think. A little easier to shape as well.
