If the product is in stock it will be usally shipped out in 1-2 businuess days.

Yes, orders with a delivery address within The Netherlands and a value above €50,- are shipped out for free . On orders below €50,- we charge €2,75 for the Netherlands. For international orders within the EU all orders above €150 have free shipping. Orders below €150 have standard shipping for €5,95.
At Lord of the Strings you can use the following payment methods: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Sofort banking, iDeal, bank transfer and Klarna. Our preference are Ideal and Paypal. Some payments methods are only available in certain countries.

Yes, all of the products on Lord of the Strings are VAT included. for shipments outside the EU the VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Yes, you have to pay additional charge depending on the payment method. But we highly prefer iDeal or Banktransfers, these are free of charge.

Payment via PayPal, Visa, iDeal or Mastercard have our preference. The payment via these methods are faster. This way we can process your order sooner.
If a product isn't in stock then this will be mentioned on the website at the specific product. We try to keep our database as current as possible. This means that all the products that are listed on the website, also are for sale. Should there be any miscommunication than we will give you a notification as soon as possible.
