If the product is in stock it will be usally shipped out in 1-2 businuess days.
Yes, orders from €50,- are shipped out for free. On orders below €50,- we charge €2,20 for the Netherlands.

Yes, you have to pay additional charge depending on the payment method. But we highly prefer iDeal or Banktransfers, these are free of charge.
Payment via PayPal, Visa, iDeal or Mastercard have our preference. The payment via these methods are faster. This way we can process your order sooner.
If a product isn't in stock then this will be mentioned on the website at the specific product. We try to keep our database as current as possible. This means that all the products that are listed on the website, also are for sale. Should there be any miscommunication than we will give you a notification as soon as possible.
You have 14 days to return the product. In the terms and conditions State the return procedure and the cases in which it is valid.
