If the product is in stock it will be usally shipped out in 1-2 businuess days. If your order is only partially available it will be on hold until the shipment is complete for shipping.

When your order is prepared for shipment you will receive an e-mail containing a track & trace link (if applicable). If you click on this link you can follow the progress of your package.

For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs of €2.75 are charged for orders under €50. For orders above €50, shipping is free.

For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs of €5.95 are charged for orders under €150. For orders above €150, shipping is free.

If you have special shipping preferences, such as using a different courier, we can calculate a customized rate for this.

We ship our orders with PostNL.

We strongly advise against shipping to an intermediary, PO box, work address, or virtual address. Our experience shows that this often leads to issues, such as lost or returned shipments. Most of our packages fit through the letterbox, so you don’t need to be home. If you still choose one of the aforementioned addresses, the responsibility lies with you as the customer.
